The location is great. Coffee shops, groceries, and restaurants within walking distance. It is a safe area of México City

1. The picture posted on booking.com was more anesthetically pleasing than what we saw in person. What we saw seemed 20 years later.... 2. The common areas (open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area) had water damage that was molding. 3. We were refused a refund so we could find somewhere else safe for our medically vulnerable family members. 4. We were also refused any credit for the lack of usage of molded common areas. 5. The 4th bedroom is several flights of stairs up on the rooftop. 6. The door to the room has gaps, so when the temperature drops at night, you are literally in a freezer box. 7. The toilets need several flushing to move things down the pipe. 8. Many more...... This property should have cost half of what we paid for it. The vision was good, but execution is poor.
