We chose the property for the parking and garden, both of which were great. Also proximity to student halls. The house was modern, clean and comfortable. We like walking so some nice places close by - plenty of woods and parks for the dog. We did drive into Sheffield but plenty of parking options and easy to reach the Peak District too. Communication with property hosts was all good.

Could have done with a few more utensils in the kitchen - serving spoons, grater, peeler etc. Didn't realise had to pay for the pet once had booked and £50 flat fee regardless of the length of trip is expensive, particularly as we were only there for 3 nights - pricing for shorter stays would seem more fair. Be good too if the side entrance and side door could be made accessible over time - would be the perfect place for muddy boots / wet gear / extra storage etc without having to come through the front door.
