A genuinely perfect stay. Casa di Monica had everything we needed, from a cool comfortable and clean environment to all the equipment and facilities we could possibly need. Franscesco was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond when my suitcase was lost and the courier kept contacting him instead of myself. Despite being at the centre of the action in Pozzuoli, Casa di Monica was an oasis of calm (except for the 5 earthquakes during our stay :D ).

Some karaoke noise from either a neighbour or bar but this was only for a few nights and always finished at 10.30pm.

Clean, big space, big kitchen, very very well equipped accommodation, Netflix available, good internet connection, close to the harbour, very close to the train station, very friendly owner, rooftop garden if weather is dry

if you don't like dogs sleeping might be an issue as many neighbours have dogs which like barking with each other...

Great flat, very cool design. Good facilities, had everything we could ever want or need! Lovely Location, Pozzouli is an amazing town

Building is a little loud but can't be helped as it's an apartment

The property is excellent overall, we stayed 4 persons + 1 kid and we had plenty space. Everything was very clean. We stayed during Christmas and the decorations and Christmas tree in the apartment were amazing. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is top, in the center of Pozzuoli. The shop is just downstairs, in front on the street. The property is a maissonaite with rooftop terrace, which means plenty space. Worth to mention that the apartment is fully supplied with everything - soap , toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, basically anything you might need - saved us a fortune. Highly recommend this property in Pozzuoli as we had great time!

Due to the building insulation and location the phone signal is extremely weak, but we had the great wi-fi compensating for that.

beautiful, roomy and spacious. the upstairs terrace was terrific. all amenities were as promised.

written instructions in English for operating the appliances would have been helpful
