Traveller's Inn - Studio cottage

The entire process from booking to checking in and out was very easy. The instructions provided made it effortless. The facilities were fantastic, from the array of appliances, utensils and supplies provided, to the comfortable bed and great shower pressure. I really enjoyed my stay. The fact that I never had to contact the hosts once is testament that they provide all the basic essentials. I will definitely be booking in again when next in PE.

Not Recommended! The property was not well prepared, and several issues were present upon arrival, including cigarette butts and a beer bottle top on the gravel of the courtyard, a torn welcome mat, a damaged kitchen blind, a faulty bathroom basin tap handle, and a poorly fitted curtain rail. The linen was also of poor quality, and overall, the unit did not feel clean or well maintained. The courtyard in particular looks very tired and unkept, which detracted from the overall experience of our petfriendly stay. We checked out a day early and communicated this and our feedback to the host. This was ignored and no feedback received from them.
