2 Bed Georgian cottage, Ramsgate

Convenient and compact, this property is so close to the marina and has everything you need.

The area was a little rough

My sister (age 93) and disabled and I arrived only to find the cottage was in fact a 4 floor house I myself (80 ) could not manage the stairs and my sister definitely could not. On phoning the owner we were told we would be refunded the full payment. We were not refunded.

Location, Cleanliness, welcome pack, amenities

There was no mention of the fact that all three flights if stairs are very steep & narrow and completely unsuitable for people wirh mobility ussues. My wife struggled to go up to bed using a hand rail, but no handrail down to the kitchen in the basement, therefore no access for her. The beds were rock hard and gave my wife a back ache. But the beds are a personal choice & we think perfectly comfortable for other visitors.We cut our stay short, abd received an apology from the owner.
