Location. Not too bad a price

This is our 2nd stay at La Casa di Gioia and it’s a great little apartment in a lovely little area. I will gladly recommend this apartment to anyone who needs a place close to the airport. You can walk easily to the ruins and there are wondering restaurants nearby. The little area where the apartment is located feels like a movie set. Our family of four was very comfortable with the apartment accommodations. The host is also terrific- great communication!

The little neighborhood was so quaint and pretty. Nice restaurants close by and bars for morning coffee. We found parking on the street which was free, which was a total bonus. The apartment was very spacious and plenty of room to spread out. Location is excellent- this trip to Italy did not include a trip into Rome, but we wanted to spend the night close to Fiumocino after our 8 hour flight. Quick and easy trip from the airport and then a quick exit out of the metropolitan area to get to our next location. The owner/manager was very nice and helpful with recommendations.

The host was very prompt and polite in responding to inquiries. The location was perfection. The apartment was spacious and clean. The water pressure was fantastic so showers were a great relief after a day of touring.

There was almost no natural light in the apartment, with small windows shuttered on arrival. Due to the age of the building (it’s in an historic site) there was a smell (musty?) but we got used to it, although a more fresh smelling apartment would have been preferable. The bed linen was very basic so a fabric upgrade would have made overnight stays much nicer. A few more staples in the kitchen would also have added a greater sense of having a pleasant stay (eg. milk, salt, oil, etc)

It was stuffy there. strong flavorings masked the unpleasant odor in the hall. Loud people at the level of the windows.

The apartment is big and nice, well located in a flower-filled alley near an old castle.It was a very nice stay there. The hostress is very nice and helpful and provide much help to us.

Location. Was easy to get to Fiumicino airport.
