Das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Die Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer war sehr bequem, inkl. Relaxfunktion. Auch ohne Bestellung eines Wäschepaketes waren Spültücher, Geschirrtücher sowie ein Duschvorleger vorhanden.

Das freigegebene W-Lan war in der Signalqualität mangelhaft und praktisch nicht nutzbar. Das TV-Signal zeigte wiederholt Störungen.
