La Casa di Dario

Owner wasn't there at 4pm check-in time. I finally left and had to book other hotel. Then owner lied to Booking.com and said I didn't show up. I wasn't refunded my money. Booking.com took down this booking from my account AND deleted all messages regarding this booking. FRAUD!!!!

La casa di Dario è accogliente, pulitissima e arredata con molto gusto: ogni dettaglio è curato e rende l’ambiente davvero piacevole. La posizione è comoda per spostarsi e Dario è un host attento e disponibile, pronto a dare ottimi consigli. Un soggiorno che consiglio senza esitazioni!

La posizione è molto comoda, a ridosso di San Teodoro, anche se bisogna comunque utilizzare l'auto per raggiungere il centro, la proprietà ha ampi spazi e molto verde, oltre ad essere molto curata.

La colazione non è stata delle migliori. Inserisco tra le cose che non mi sono piacute anche la presenza di un gatto, molto carino e per nulla fastidioso, ma che ha limitato gli spostamenti all'esterno della camera, poichè c'erano alcune persone che hanno paura degli animali.

Sehr viel Verkehrslärm in der Nacht. Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn bei der Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank gewesen wäre

La Casa di Dario liegt sehr zentral ein wenig oberhalb der Altstadt, die in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Parkplätze finden sich in den umliegenden Straßen oder in einem nicht weit entfernten Parkhaus.

Nachts war es ziemlich laut, da die Unterkunft direkt an einer Straße liegt

Schönes, sehr sauberes Apartment. Außerdem Sehr gute Lage, man kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum laufen.

Checkin erfolgt leider nur mit persönlicher Übergabe des Schlüssels zu einer ausgemachten Uhrzeit. Wenn man die genaue Ankunftszeit weiß, kein Problem. Wenn man aber etwas flexibel sein will, etwas ungünstiger.

We planned on making our stay in La Maddalena the highlight of our stay, and it did not disappoint. Everything about this accommodation was great. It all started with a very communicative host, which kept in touch; the arrival and check in was very smooth. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It was an absolute pleasure, and it was a very short walking distance from the center. One of the best places to stay.
