I didn't stay there long enough to make a more detailed appraisal

Breakfast was good and perfectly located. The gentleman that served us breakfast was very welcoming and took it upon him to cater for a friend that could not take bacon and sausage by arranging something else which she enjoyed. This is what we call excellent hospitality.

On arrival, we had a terrible encounter with Thobile (with her so-called visitor). Exhausted from an 8hr convention, we needed someone with some empathy, which she did not have. She was not friendly with us as guests. When the need arose, she did not want to apply logic at all when she onboarded us. It was a 'No it must be done this way only' in an unprofessional manner that was condescendingly spoiling the whole stay at the facility. We had to stay because we had already paid, and the facility was what we needed. She gave us a patronizing attitude till we left. She needs to be made to understand what is expected of her on the business she is in if perhaps she is newly employed.

Noted one was the breakfast which didnt exist at all orange and guarva were extremely worse Out 10 I will rate it 1 (one)

Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble

Spacious and comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff members. Good breakfast that was freshly prepared according to the order.

Breakfast was okay, even though the choices were very limited. The chef was also great he made sure that we are fully and keep on checking us.

The Indian lady in the reception upon checking-in she had bad attitude. I'm not to sure whether she is the owner or the receptionist.
