2BR Resort Suite - Fountain View Private Balcony

The room smelled like sewage. Maintence and housekeeping came up but couldn’t find the source. Since this condo is privately owned, they couldn’t put us in a different room. The host’s was slow to respond to texts, and didn’t answer the phone. Their solution was to bring some air fresheners in the morning. Even though the smell dissipated overnight, we were disgusted with the place and left after only one night. The host refused to refund any money.

The property was good

I didn’t like that I have to ask for a new Key everyday at the front desk. That part was annoying.

There was nothing that I liked about this place other than the size and it was able to accommodate my family.

There was no parking, the room smelled horrible, hairs in the sink, the bed sheets need to be replaced, and the list goes on.
