Very good location Customer contact very quick to respond

The bed in the master was very uncomfortable with a roll towards the middle and in the second bedroom the bed was bouncy both mattresses were very cheap We had an issue with a lizard in the bedroom I understand it’s tropical Florida but still unacceptable Customer service agreed to move us the next day and this was confirmed by the bookings team - we packed and were ready to move out and later the next day the bookings team revered their decision to allow us to move Despite having the same type of two bedroom condo on their books as available in the same location- instead of gaining a valuable customer ( we visit 3-4 times a yr for 10-14 days ) they have treated us with disdain and obtained this poor review
