Comoda la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria centrale e a molti esercizi commerciali (pizzeria, pasticceria, ecc). L'host molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento aveva molti accessori ed era dotato di tutto il necessario.

L'appartamento era un po' troppo sulla strada, il che faceva provenire rumori anche di notte. Doccia e TV con qualche piccolo difetto. Il bagno è cieco, senza un impianto funzionante di aerazione.

The accommodation is close to the center and main train station. The kitchen room is quite spacious as well as the bedroom.

It was really cold in the apartment so the first night we were freezing and we had to dress more. From the second night we had to use the AC. The kitchen equipment isn't enough when you're staying in 3 people. The room for the 3rd person is missing more space where to put the things. The bed wasn't prepared so we had to prepare it ourselfs. The first morning we found a scorpion there (which I understand it can happend) but it wasn't a nice view to see it. I'd also put some hangers in the bathroom to put the towels there.

Pobyt przebiegł generalnie zgodnie z opisem oferty. Mieszkanie było czyste, dobrze wyposażone, a zameldowanie i wymeldowanie odbyło się punktualnie i bez problemów. Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna — w pobliżu sklepy i dobra komunikacja.

Wi-Fi było dostępne, ale praktycznie bezużyteczne – działało jak mobilny internet i często się rozłączało. Choć kontakt z obsługą przez wiadomości był punktualny i sprawny, to bezpośrednia interakcja była bardzo obcesowa – gospodarz unikał rozmowy twarzą w twarz, co sprawiało wrażenie ignorowania lub wręcz arogancji. Dodatkowo rury były zatkane – musiałem sam kupić i użyć środka do ich udrożnienia.

We lived in this neighborhood for 18 months about a year before our stay here so we know the area well. Parking is challenging but a little better than in the surrounding neighborhoods. Great location close to the train station. Lots of grocery and other shopping immediately close by. Accessible to Barivecchia and the sea by foot, though still 1-2 km away. Apartment is only a half-flight of stairs up on the lowest possible floor. It was nicely done and decorated.

Breakfast consisting of packaged pastries and coffee supplies were supplied for the first day, but never refreshed during our four-night stay. Toilet paper quickly ran out and we re-supplied that though we could have asked the host to do so. The shower had a wonky device that consumed a chunk of precious real estate making it overly small. The apartment was nicely done but small details like dish soap, dish towels, were overlooked.

Utrudniona komunikacja, wynajmujący nie zna języka angielskiego. Raczej skromne wyposażenie kuchni.
