GBGBWilder Retreats in Haverfordwest is pure magic. The A-frame cabin felt like stepping into a cosy, design-led dream in the middle of wild, untouched nature. Sitting in the wood-fired hot tub under the stars with nothing but the sounds of the countryside was unreal—completely peaceful and grounding. Inside, the fireplace made everything feel warm and intimate, especially on chillier evenings. The only real downside? A few cheeky spiders from the fields made their way in—nature doing its thing, I guess. And while I would’ve loved a smart TV for the occasional movie night, I get why it’s not there; it’s all about unplugging and being present. Honestly, it was the kind of place that stays with you. I left feeling reset and already daydreaming about my next visit.
GBWe came to celebrate my fiancè birthday and we would highly rate it and will 100% be coming back again. As we arrived we had a little welcome package, plenty of fresh towels, logs for the wood fire and hot tub. We actually purchased more logs as we thought we needed more but we didn't and we got a refund. So nice that there was no tv as we played games, sat and bird watched as we seen a barn owl. So quiet and just what we needed to recharge before a busy week.
That we only had 1 night stay, we will definitely book for 2 next time!

GBGBGBIt was stunning! Close to shops, nice nature walks and the harbour! The cabin itself was so cosy, with under floor heating and the log burner, you were always warm! Even at this time of year! The decor was lovely and it was absolutely spotless, not a piece of dirt to be seen! The bed was very comfortable, and our whole experience from start to finish was amazing! I recommend Wilder Retreats 10/10! I will certainly be booking to go back!
The only negative is that I wish I had booked more time to spend there!
GBAn amazing location, very private. The views were stunning, especially in the evening and early morning. The fire warmed the cabin perfectly and made it very cosy.
It would have been useful to have a little bit more information on how to empy the hot tub, for example.
