If you’re looking for soulless luxury- move along. But if you appreciate real charm, actual history, and the kind of warmth no five-star monstrosity could ever replicate - welcome home. This apartment may be compact, but it punches far above its weight: comfy beds you can actually sleep in, a perfectly equipped kitchenette, a squeaky-clean bathroom, and a hidden balcony so cute it should have its own Instagram account. The building? A little scruffy, a little magical, and so full of Renaissance character it practically flirts with you. If you find that offensive, please go book something beige and lifeless and leave the rest of us in peace. The host is what you wish your relatives were - kind, responsive, and genuinely decent. The beach is right there. The town oozes storybook charm. Honestly, if you're unhappy here, you're either cursed or simply a joyless twat with a superiority complex and no poetry in your soul. We adored every minute. You probably will too—unless you're the kind of person who leaves one-star reviews because the moon was “too bright.”

Complaints? Only from those who consider joy an act of rebellion. If you're the type who’s offended by a creaky stair, the occasional seagull, or the concept of character—perhaps a padded room would suit you better.

The best location to be in a heart of Koper and enjoy morning coffee in front of the apartment.

Robert is a fantastic host. Very kind, understanding. We we’re late cause of traffic and it wasnt a problem.

Nothing it was just perfect...

Nicely situated clean apartment with a nice balcony. Host was easy to approach.

Bed pillows were not good, there were no blankets available, only sheets. Quality of the bedlinen and towels was not good enough. The apartment is very nicely made, but you get the sense corners are being cut on the details. Could be easily fixed with a small investment. A tip for future guests, park your car at the Mercator supermarket next to the curch to unload your luggage. For us it was a struggle to find a place to put the car for unloading, because Google maps sent us to closed areas.

The apartment is very clean. There are 2 rooms with one big bed each, there is a stove, a fridge without freezer, a sink. Everything is sparking clean.

The apartment is located in a building in the city centre on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The owner has a parking spot 500m away. So, if you have a luggage, you need to think what you bring along with you as the flights of stairs are narrow and steep. As we came at night, after 21:00, we were able to park in the parking next to the accommodation as it’s free from 9pm-6am. If you use the Easy Parking App( it’s only working in Slovenia) you can prolong your parking from your phone and it’s 2 euro per hour. Other than this, we would have liked blankets as the night was cold and there were none in the whole apartment. There were only the bed sheets on the beds. Overall, we would come back.
