Super Close to Hot Spots in Ohio City, Cleveland

We didn't stay there as couldn't get in. Never was sent a code. I'd called to verify and only an automated answering machine. I'd asked to be called 2 hrs away to verify and no one called. We went to the property at 4300 Apple Ave. Cleveland,OH 44113, T 216 307 4075. We had to find another place to stay as traveling and needed a place to stay. Had tickets to baseball game. We arrived when we said we would between 4-5 pm. I called again once at the property and got same automated answering machine. please call me. They charged my Discover and I'm disputing it.

We were never sent or called with a code. They knew we didn't stay there and never gave us the info and charged it ant way we had to find another place and went to Days inn at 12019 Lake St Cleveland, OH. for 2 nights 6/24-6/26/25.

The apartment was clean and had all the right amenities. Street parking was very easy to find and the street is fairly quiet. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated having an alarm system available if I wanted to use it. The location is very walkable to a main street full of things to do or eat.

The upstairs neighbors spent time sitting and talking on the front porch, which is just on the other side of the living room windows.

We loved the location and the cute set up with Cleveland art on the walls. The bathroom is fresh and modern with plenty of hot water. The bed was SUPER COMFY!! We used the couch in the living room with the big screen tv (pulled out as a bed) as a sweet spot to watch Netflix when we were winding down for the evening. We hit so many fun Cleveland attractions (and we are admittedly and unashamedly foodies) that were so easy to access from this place. They were, in no particular order: Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Guardians game ($20 SRO for the win AND they won!), Wild Eagle, Winking Lizard, The Clevelander (don't recommend), The Treehouse, Rowleys Tavern and The Christmas House (HIGHLY recommend the latter two in tandem). It was private, quiet and clean. For a small space, it was perfectly appointed and roomy. Owner was VERY responsive, and it was easy to get into the space with a keypad. We did not need parking as we were able to find street parking for free right in front of the house on Apple. Highlight and highly recommend the Stone Made Pub for dinner and drinks. Delicious food, awesome ambiance, darling outdoor patio with a huge chiminea/fireplace, generous pours and really unique art.

Everything was lovely, we have nothing to add here. It was exactly as described; we got what we paid for and were looking for in our two-night sojourn in Cleveland.

Everything is great, but I would recommend some fragrance for the home. Thanks for everything, as I checked out today.

Clean, comfortable bed and pillow. Perfect size for us! Great bathroom and shower. Walking distance to several good restaurants and a few little shops. We were here for a concert at Rocket Arena and also visited the zoo and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Everything was a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cleveland!

TV has a dark spot in it. We were not here to watch TV so not a big deal at all.
