מקום נקי ומעוצב יפה ממש. המארחת זמינה, יש הרבה מגבות, נייר טואלט, הכל נראה חדש (מכשירי חשמל חדשים במטבח). הייתה חניה זמינה יחסית על הרחוב. מיטות נוחות וגדולות.

הדירה נראית מרווחת בתמונות, בפועל המטבח והסלון קטנטנים ממש. כשהגענו כל הרחוב היה בשיפוצים עם רעש ואבק ופועלי בניין כל היום שקודחים. חסר מזגן בקומה התחתונה (חם!). השירותים בקומה התחתונה לא מחוברים טוב ומתנדנדים. המון מדרגות גם להגעה לדירה וגם בתוך הדירה.
