Diamond in The City

I had a very disappointing experience at Diamond in the City. While the room itself was decent, the overall service and treatment from staff completely overshadowed that. From the beginning, there seemed to be selective and poorly communicated parking rules regarding who could park inside versus outside, which was never clarified before booking. Guests were often asked to park across the street and walk to the apartment, regardless of circumstances. With a pregnant guest, I found this especially inconsiderate and highly inhumane. What made the experience worse was the attitude and conduct of staff members, particularly security personnel at the entrance, which unfortunately led to an unpleasant altercation. There was little to no assistance offered with luggage or belongings, and the overall hospitality felt cold and unwelcoming. I believe customer service and proper communication are essential in hospitality, and sadly, this experience did not meet those expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.
