Horrible agency. Different agency runs different apartment in the building, therefore no set standard. House keeping barely showed up. We ran out of toilet paper from day one. No wifi. We shared wifi with a different unit which was very sow, I had to get a SIM card and use my data. We were supposed to get our own wifi the next day, I messaged the agent about the situation but it never got resolved. Only one towel and two pillows. We asked for extra pillows but they said no. Towels only got replaced one time for a 10 days stay. Gym staff and management are very rude. Lastly, I was charged 50 cedes for breaking one drinking glass by the house keeper.

The staff weren’t as inviting as other places I’ve stayed in Ghana . The room is absolutely beautiful! But the only small problem was the staff not being as inviting

The Environment

The one-bedroom apartment I stayed in doesn't have an en-suite toilet/bathroom. Instead, the bedroom shares a toilet with the visitor's washroom, which is located in the living room. I find this setup inconvenient.
