Il nido di Silvia a due passi dal teatro Rossini

Tutto. Piccolino ma fornito di ogni comfort. I proprietari veramente persone deliziose e sorridenti, ti trasmettono serenità. Peccato che sia durato poco ma comunque è stata un bellissima esperienza ☺️grazie di tutto

Posizione strategica ,vicinissimo al teatro Rossini e al centro della città. Appartamento arredato molto bene, pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio e superaccessoriato. Silvia e Andrea sono stati gentilissimi.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The apartment is located in the city center and it’s easy to reach the most important attractions from it, including the Rossini Theater right around the corner. At the same time, the place is quiet and peaceful, allowing for a comfortable rest. The available amenities are excellent and all at a fair price. The kitchen is well equipped; we enjoyed cooking in it. The washing machine and clothes dryer are especially useful. The bed is comfy and the wardrobe capacious. L’appartamento è comodo (e si trova al primo piano). Per chi vuole partecipare al Rossini Opera Festival è un posto favoloso: vicinissimo al Teatro Rossini e a 20 minuti di camminata dal Auditorium Scavolini. I vicini di casa non danno fastidio - la casa è tranquilla anche di giorno. La cucina è ben fornita e i pasti si possono preparare senza problema. La lavatrice e l’asciugatrice sono una vera benedizione per chi viaggia da qualche settimana con un bagaglio ristretto. La Sg. Silvia è una persona gentilissima che offre ogni possibile aiuto e consiglio. Rimane sempre a disposizione e in un continuo contatto. Abbiamo potuto lasciarci i nostri bagagli e trasferirci qualche ora prima del check-in previsto, una volta l’appartamento era pronto. Abbiamo passato una settimana molto piacevole e il soggiorno al Nido ci lascerà solo buoni ricordi. Grazie mille!

Appartamento dotato di salotto (a uso camera da letto), cucina e bagno molto accogliente, situato al primo piano (senza ascensore) di un palazzo posto in posizione tranquilla, comodissima e strategica di Pesaro (stazione treni e bus raggiungibile in meno di 5 minuti a piedi; lungomare a 10 minuti a piedi; 100 metri dal teatro Rossini). Struttura pulita, spaziosa, adatta per soggiorni da 1 a 3 persone. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario per potersi preparare i pasti. Bagno attrezzato, oltre che con i servizi igienici standard (doccia, lavello, ecc.), con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Proprietari estremamente gentili e disponibili in ogni momento a soddisfare le nostre richieste; la comunicazione è stata eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato vivamente.

I had a wonderful time at Il nido di Silvia a due passi dal Teatro Rossini. Even before I arrived, Silvia and Andrea went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The apartment was very clean, it had all the supplies I needed for a comfortable 6-day stay, and my hosts provided clear instructions for using all the amenities. Especially nice was having both a washing machine and a clothes DRYER (not something you find in many vacation rentals in Italy). I was particularly impressed by the bed - its a hide-a-bed, yet it felt far more like a good quality double bed. I slept comfortably even though I have chronic back issues. I prepared many of my own meals during my stay, and there was a good supply of cookware and kitchen utensils, plus cooking oils and a wide selection of herbs and spices for my use. The apartment is just five minutes from Teatro Rossini, one of Pesaro's prime attractions (Silvia recommended an excellent concert that I attended). It's in the heart of the historic city and is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the shoreside promenade along the Adriatic Sea. Excellent dining and shopping were just minutes on foot. I traveled by train, and the station was just about a 10 minute walk from the apartment, so very convenient. Pesaro is very bicycle friendly; I found people of all ages getting around on bikes from morning to well in the evening. I would highly recommend this apartment as a rental for solo travelers, couples or business guests.
