Fully equipped room with kitchen and available pool and laundry. Riverfront property. Low noise from road and neighbors.

A couple pieces of trim on the wall were loose and shower floor had a soft spot.

Love sitting on deck watching river flow by. Nice and quiet area.

The apartment is in a unique complex that looks like it was built into a former industrial riverfront building. There are three stories with covered parking and this unit is on the second floor, which is one flight up from the parking lot (no elevator). The facility was clean and all the furniture was new and modern. It was great sitting out on the deck overlooking the river. When we are traveling, we intentionally will book locations such as this because they have a kitchen. We get tired of eating out three meals a day and it’s always nice to be able to cook and prepare your own food. The complex has a pool, laundry room, and fitness center available. It was an easy walk to downtown along the riverfront walkway, which is approximately 1 mile. This is another advantage of this location because trying to find a place to park downtown is almost impossible and extremely expensive. Bring your tennis shoes and go for a walk! We also will have a chance to walk up to the Capitol building as it is very close to the apartment. Make sure to take walk up to tour the beautiful state capital of Tennessee- it is worth it! And PLEASE don’t come to Nashville and fail to go to the Grand Ole Opry for a show. It was fantastic!!!

No criticism of the facility other than a few suggestions: Please take a look at the available silverware and purchase a good nonstick set of medium/ large skillets from Costco- for those that want to use the kitchen it is really the most important pan. Although the mattress was very comfortable, the bedframe is very light and the headboard is not attached so it tends to slide around.

Too far out of Nashville need a car too far to walk to downtown and take taxi s all the time stated 1 of 3 nights moved to another hotel

I like the View, bed, the easy check in and it looked like it was cleaned. Very comfortable

No cream or sugar for coffee
