Jimmy was super to deal with, his response to our phone/text messages was beyond great. The condo’s cleanliness was very good. Location to Broadway was a 5 minute Uber ride, $10 with tip, cab ride was $39, wow! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nothing to dislike about our stay here.

Very clean and James was available if needed for anything.

Nashville itself has poor public transit options, this exacerbated out feeling of being a little bit out of the way staying at this location. You really could not walk outside in the area alone at night because there were some homeless people sleeping on the park benches very nearby.

Really nice and clean apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed. The view of the river from the balcony was amazing, the pool was awesome the view is not exactly like the pictures since there is a lot of trees blocking it but it was great we loved the pool. It is a weird location not saying is bad, but mostly dark alleys, once you walk to 3rd street it gets better we did walked at night and it was safe. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again.
