Fabulous location, spotlessly clean, host Hayley provides exceptional guest service.

Stairs! Just need to remember to request a room on a lower floor. Hayley helped with our bags so no real complaint.

"Beautiful Victorian Style Hotel right on the Promenade"

Absolutely beautiful hotel, so quaint and our hostess was super nice, very informative and helpful. There is free parking behind the hotel and if you want to park in front it is available but you have to pay for that. The views from the room were spectacular and everything you could want was provided, including binoculars to watch the Irish Sea and wildlife! Breakfast was great, everything was perfect. We loved it.
