Owner of the property was so helpful ...For the first time we had such a good hospitality experience....I have been to so many hotels but this hotel hospitality is above the 5 star ....keep it up we will be coming back

"A cosy, welcoming stay in Llandudno with a fantastic breakfast and friendly hosts."

The property was lovely, and the room felt really cosy with everything you could possibly need. There was free parking, and it was only about a 15-minute walk to the pier - which was perfect for us as we enjoyed a nice stroll along the promenade. Breakfast was amazing, with loads of choice, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

It would have been even better if breakfast was served slightly longer (maybe until 10:30 AM).

Hayley the owner was fantastic, very hands on to make sure everything was perfect for us. You could not fault the room, breakfast and location.

The room was beautiful with a wonderful view of the sea and very quiet and warm as we went the end of February

"Absolutely fantastic."

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, I could not believe the quality of the ingredients and the choice. The dining area was so clean and the decor was stunning. The views outside just added to the experience. Hayley and her staff were so friendly and thoughtful I couldn't fault anything.

There is nothing i would have changed. Choice of food, time of breakfast and location had all been addressed.

A really great stay - the place was really professionally run. The lounge/breakfast bar was a nice place to sit and rest/eat. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean. Really liked the location as it afforded a great view of both ends of Llandudno Bay. Room had a view of the front with a big window, which was great and made the most of it. Breakfast was high quality and good choice.
