The place was messy, dirty and there was a bad smell of damp. They left us only 2 towels for 8 days, and when my friend sent them a message on WhatsApp and on Booking asking for extra towels, they didn’t reply or bring any.

The worst experience I ever had on booking.com The property was very dirty,the smell of damp was so intolerable I had to leave the property earlier then I have planned. My clothes and my skin was stinks from the damp. I have requested the property to have refund but haven't heard back from them at all. Not recommended,try to avoid it!

Host(Timi) was very supportive. Facilities provided were value for money. Would recommend anyone planning to book.

There was quite a strong damp smell in the property

Timi was at least willing to listen about the issues. I requested a refund which was accepted, however is yet to materialise. Due to Booking.com having to decide that apparently. It was indeed close to the station but that’s about the only positive.

This is a basement flat which really needs to be refurbished. This is not just a case of being worn out or dated, it was unpleasant to be in the flat. I was booked for 1 week and had to leave by the second morning, at great extra expense. There was an overpowering odour of damp/mildew. This lingered on my suitcase and clothing that I had used while there. There is a dehumidifier that also needs to constantly be on, which confirms the significance of the issue. This property should no longer be offered to paying customers until it gets renovated. Which I have also told them.

Excellent location. Can’t really be beat. Decent tv and WiFi.

The kitchen was ill equipped. No chopping board or knife, the oven rack was too small for the oven meaning effectively you couldn’t use the oven. The shower temperature was erratic, so there was a danger of scalding.
