Comfy & Sunny home in Wellington--3 Heat Pumps

Very comfortable, sunny and warm house with 3 generous sized bedroom (2 with heat pumps) and a spacious living area. Very well equipped kitchen. Although there is only one bathroom, having an extra toilet meant there were no issues, even when we had 6 people in the house! 5 minute walk to supermarkets, cafes, train station & fast food outlets.

Driveway access is tight for large vehicle.

Plenty of space in living room and kitchen well stocked. Good size bedrooms. Nice having a separate toilet with only having one bathroom. Location for ferry excellent.

A second shower bathroom with 6 adults would get it the full 10 stars. The parking is ok but a tight squeeze getting in and out.

Nothing everything was perfect

This place lived up to its billing as sunny and comfortable! It had a great kitchen with many additional food adds, such as condiments, cereal and pasta! Also, the house was within walking distance for grocery shopping and restaurants. 15 minute drive to downtown. We didn’t check out train options but it ran close by so I’m sure that would have worked too.

This part of Wellington is very hilly and densely populated. There is on-site parking and luckily for us we were able to park our 8-passenger van in the spot provided (with very careful maneuvering).

Entrance is at the back… not comfortable if driving a car… .

Tight driveway in larger vehicle, squeaking door hinges, table and benches weren’t very clean on arrival
