Riviera Bay View Dream - Private patio with bay view and parking

Walking distance to the beach. Three rooms and comfy beds. Good for family travel.

The patio was the best feature as well as the fire Pitt .. the patio furniture was cheap and not that comfortable but we enjoyed it!

We didn't like the very low toilets especially in the SMALL master bathroom the shower stall was very small too.. when you adjusted the water in the master shower it would come out scalding hot we had to figure out how to adjust temperature.. my husband was a plumber and he took a scalding hot shower because it couldn't adjust the temp to warm you have to turn it to hot then try and adjust down and wait for warm temperature.. that was no fun .. not enough toilet paper for 4 guest and we would maybe suggest a full length mirror in maybe one of the rooms! The main bathroom toilet you have to flush twice or your stuff would still be there ! The bed was comfortable but the master bed had a thin blanket spread that me and my husband fought for to stay warm! lol maybe better bedding in master ..

-The home is exactly like the pictures inside and out. Very tasteful and comfortable. A real delight. We felt at home immediately. -Location location location!!! -Walked the gorgeous beach path every morning and evening. -Safe and beautiful. -Easy on and off the highway. -.2 mile to The Grounds Bean Bar 😁 for caffeine and breakfast. - Short drive to restaurants/PB downtown.

-Only heat/ ac source is in the living room. Bedroom doors need to be open at night for air to circulate properly. -Additional blankets would be a great addition for the cool nights. We searched and there were none
