Personnel pas aimable petit déjeuner inexistant le premier jour en arrivant à 8h30 deuxième jour le réceptionniste se pointe avec 1h00 de retard sans s'excuser.plusieurs appel au téléphone d'urgence sans réponse (pas bcp de choix au petit déjeuner) l'excuse de la boulangerie fermé le samedi,a l'avenir j'éviterais les formule 1 soit disant rénové .

Bon accueil même si la borne n'a pas fonctionnée à 15h , ce qui m'a forcé à rentrer de Genève pour avant 21h pour avoir quelqu'un à l'accueil.

This is not a hotel. Do not book again. They don’t answer the email. Is a scam. My money was taken and the hotel never answer my emails as it doesn’t exist. Totally unprofessional, was scary to go to that hotel or house whatever it is, if it exists.

Soy un usuario muy practico! pero me parece ilogico que una habitacion de 3x3 no tenga ni un ventilador (tenia una ventana de apertura completa por ende al ser en un nivel del suelo estas expenso a que te vean todo o peor q te entren los vichos del campo) , literalmente era un horno humano y los baños para 30 habitaciones por nivel 2 duchas y 1 servicio! Ademas para rematar el calor los colchones con forro impermeable por ende un calor inmeso! De verdad ha sido el peor alojamiento en mi vida!!

The hostal has a self check-in service in which the guests have to enter the reservation code that is supposed to be received via email, when this reservation are made through Hotels .com there is no hostal reservation code sent to guestsre, only the internal website confirmation code, the person responsible for the hostal assumed that I knew the check-in process and that I received the reservation code via email, which I didn't, he was very rude and unprofessional, he didn't even properly explain the check-in process and on top of that, he had a broken english, and protended that I had to speak french. He made me wait for more than an hour because 'he had things to do' so, apparently whatever he was doing was more important than helping a guest to check-in. I had to contact the website support to get the Hostal reservation code for their self check-in machine. I was coming from Geneva, Switzerland, so I had a 30-mins walk from the last bus stop to get there, I was tired and didn't need to get such a bad customer service.

El check-in es una odisea. Llegamos a las dos menos cuarto del mediodía, para aprovechar la tarde en Ginebra. Pues tuvimos que esperar hasta las dos en punto para hacer el check en la máquina, ojo la máquina también tiene turno rotativo y tiempo de descanso. Por fin en la máquina, nuestro número de reserva daba error, asi que tuvimos que esperar hasta las 5, que era cuando venía el recepcionista. Toda la tarde perdida. Fatal.
