Located in a very private and quiet location. The only annoying noise was occasional neighbors dogs barking at night or morning. Gertrude was very pleasant and attentive. As was the night security guard. WiFi was reliable and had good speed. Download 22.4; upload 11.3. The kitchen had everything we needed. To include a strong and easy to operate 2 burner stove; microwave; electric kettle and ample purified water. The shower was the best I have experience so far on my visit to Kenya. I loved it! Good pressure and ample hot water from a hand held shower head. Bars of soap were provided. Property has a beautiful pool that we didn’t use. I saw monkeys climbing on the utility wires and neighboring roofs. We were advised to keep food items secure.

Uber drivers occasionally had trouble finding the location. We found that it was necessary to tell them the name of an adjacent property (Diani Paradise Villa). This property is located on an unnamed dirt road. I struggled some to open the gate lock on my first attempt. After some practice it opened for me.

Amazing place! Downstairs the owner/her family stays en upstairs there are 2 studios for rent. New studios, comfortable, super clean, aircon, good mosquito net, well equipped kitchen, drinking water, smart tv, fast WiFi, lovely swimming pool, comfortable terrace, safe/gated parking (and a night guard). 15 min walk to Carrefour and 15 min walk to the beach. Tuktuk/mototaxi around. Quiet neighbourhood. And super friendly and welcoming people. Would really recommend to stay here!

Great place to stay!

You likely need to take a tuktuk to get to the beach.

Quiet, clean and amazing view on small forest next to it. Great sunsets and sunrises from the rooftop. The apartment was our perfect spot and exactly as expected. Extremly clean and provided of everything, including all utensils for the kitchen. The guards were nice and the common area on the terrace was perfect for small interactions with neighbors.

Everything met our expectations. So I can’t find anything to complain
