Hotel Premier Inn (Prima Square)

The hotel is basic but it is clean and comfortable

Not really, but I do have some suggestions, maybe the receptionist could be more presentable and the reception counter could be kept tidier and made more inviting. First impressions are important, and these improvements could help create a better overall experience.

Strategic, clean

Noisy because downstair got kedai mamak.. Very noisy because they watch football match..

The location is good, however it's a bit noisy neighbors room and downstairs, Malay restaurant even though it's quite late at night, can hear the motorcycle sound rooming around.

After spending the 1st night, when going out we switched on the cleaning service button, however, when we were back late evening, the room was not cleaned up and as it is when we leave in the morning. The receptionist asked why the room was not clean and asked for a towel & drinking water supply. Was told that they didn't respond to our cleaning request, as they thought that we might have pressed the wrong button. What kind of hotel does such practice since there was a clean up button if you need your room to be cleaned up for the day?
