Hotel Premier Inn (Prima Square)

The room is very clean, friendly and helpful staff. I requested a silent room but no window, so requested to change rooms with windows at midnight, the next morning another staff came and confirmed the room change request. Their staff communicate well and this makes me happy. There is a lot of Chinese Kopitiam reach by walking distance and mamak just downstairs (24 Hours). Most importantly, room service everyday and very clean.

The shower room prepares only shower gel, need to get Shampoo by myself but easily get it next door at Mr.DIY. The shower room is a little bit too small. (I usually bath together with Hubby HAHA)

The room was comfortable and clean - we were only staying 1 night, so it was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Some other guests quite noisy, but can’t be helped!

Easy to find food

There is a cockroach under the bed. The toilet has bad smell.
