Great position, very good price. Large terrace which catches the sun. Perfect location.

Checking in at 4:30 isn’t great when arriving at the resort at dinner time! Needs looking at. 2:00 would be a lot more helpful or earlier if apartment hasn’t been used the previous night!!

The location of the property is excellent. Near the strip and the beach. The balcony is very large. The apartment is very clean and roomy. Clean decor. The main lights in the rooms look like safety lights that glow up at night, not the best is you prefer to sleep in the dark like me

The city benidorm had work going on all week days so I was woken up early with drilling and banging which continued all day. On the Saturday the neighbours was drilling and having work done all day. Wanted a chilled holiday to rest but unfortunately couldn’t rest in the apartment from 8am till after 5 every day

Property is central however a little on the noisy side, lovely sized balcony

Located above a very lively bar, difficult to sleep on the weekend nights due to high levels of noice

Unfortunately I never read how to collect keys pre travel due to booking the night before and as I was travelling alone, my phone battery had died, luckily some kind spanish men helped me go into a shop to ask the shop keeper to translate and charge my phone to get the address which seemed miles away pulling my case from actual building. Nontheless when I did arrive at benidorm booking they were so helpful it made it all the better.

One of the wicker chairs on the balcony was broken and some metal edging on a worktop had come off!! I messaged the booking agents. Had no reply!!

The apartment is clean, spacious and modern with a huge balcony overlooking the main strip. It can be noisy at night so not for people looking for a quiet holiday. Check in was fab and all communication pre and post trip all satisfactory.

Bit of a walk from the booking office but had already prepared for this. Be better if the key can be left in the apartment on check out rather than having to walk all the way back.
