The location is in the middle of the center. The apartment is very spatious, clean and new. The owner Jelena is easy to communocate and very helpful. we had a good stay in the apartment.

The apartment is really nice, located at the center of Nis but the windows point towards a peaceful area, so the busy street and mall are not an issue. It is cosy and very clean, it was a pleasure to stay there.

It is hard to find parking near the property, but you can find it on streets nearby (red parking zones have better fees, and you can pay by app). If you have more luggage or cannot carry it up the stairs (since there is no elevator), it can be an inconvenience.

The place is located in the very center of town, on the main shopping street. It's recently refurbished, so basically looks brand new. the host, Jelena has been extremely nice and helpful. I can only recommend the place.
