cleanliness of the building and the apartment itself, no possibility to get in contact with the owner (so there should be no unexpected events, otherwise you are totally left on your own), very low levels of stock available in the apartment such as soap or toilet paper, couch to sleep not comfy, no possibility to leave the luggages over in a storage room after check-out and getting them back before heading to the airport (one of the most common aspects in any given accommodation)

Location is very central, two minutes walk to Plaza Mayor. Apartment is nicely equipped, comfortable, we were 3 of us.

Host is nonresponsive and arrogant. We booked apartment for 3 people, checked in properly online, so the host was clear we are 3, however they provided bed lined only for double bed, towels only for 2 people. I asked them several times to provide missing sheets and towels, via booking msg, whatsapp, mail, however they did not send. Bathroom has terrible smell after sewage, no window or ventilation, so all the smell goes into the studio... In the kitchen, cuttlery and some mugs and plates were not clean (visibly stained and greasy). So, cleanliness should be seriously improved, and if you are more than 2 people, bring spare towels, sheets, and do not expect communication with host.
