Super cool rooms and very clean and especially the in house restaurant was too good delicious food and very great breakfast we had very bliss experience

Rooms was really perfect. Stay was comfortable. Value for Money. Courteous staff, good ambience.

The hotel was following all the hygiene and safety standards i was very happy with the service

It was easily -accessible, super convenient with the location. The food-outlet Chaska was a good one.

The staff was very rude, ill-mannered. The room was not clean at all, patchy walls and non-functioning TV’s and Lights.

Only location is better

They are not providing as they promised, such as... 1. Cleaning - Dirty wash room Broken comode cover. Room No. 101 2. No drinking water. You need to buy from outside. They need extra money for drinking water. Even They don't have clean classes. 3. No any Room service available, No Morning Tea as they woked up at 9am. 4. Television is not in use. After demanding several times they asked for extra charge. They are only want money without providing any service. I use first time Booking.com after recommendation of my Father in law from Birmingham but really I feel totally upset. MakeMyTrip is better.
