Luxury Grand Studio Apartment @3

Location was great with easy access to the town centre. Car park was a bit of a challenge at the start but got used to it. Still don't know how you got that transit down there Kieron. Comfy bed, clean and tidy and secure apartment. Loved our stay here, will recommend to family and friends.

Could have done with a change of towels for 5 nights, but that's our fault for not bothering you as we were having so much fun at the time.

I liked the location and style of the apartment

This was a last-minute booking after another, nearby flat operator's automated, on-line registration system failed to function and there was no other way of raising a coherent response from them. In contrast, the manager of this property responded promptly and in a positive and friendly manner to this late booking and to a query I had over a mix-up with the key safe. The property is centrally located and appears to have been recently completed. Overall, it was spacious and comfortable enough and suited my specific needs on this visit.

As I mention above, this was a last-minute 'distress' booking at a price that was over double that previously anticipated - a lot to live up to, then! Unfortunately, there were too many short-comings with this accommodation to justify the price, including a lack of a welcome tray and kitchen equipment (added to which, a hob I could not get to work and a microwave that still had its transit tapes in place); chairs that were not comfortable for sitting on for a prolonged period; a TV that tilted downwards at a fix angle; and more than anything, a view onto a brick wall and loading bay with 5 noisy air conditioning units and a kitchen extract from a restaurant, which ran all night and day during my stay. As I mention above, this is a shame, because the manager is above average. Perhaps many of the detailed issues can be ascribed to this being a new property which still needs 'shaking down' in terms of its operation. However, as a place to put your head down overnight, but not to spend prolonged periods, together with its central location, it makes for a specific offering.

The decor was lovely it was in a nice quiet location and the facilities were perfect it was a very enjoyable stay.
