Great experience! The staff was very polite and helpful. Prime location just 400m from Har Ki Pauri yet peaceful. Parking was available, which is rare in this area. The cleanliness, especially of the washroom, was excellent. Highly recommended

Honestly, staying here made my Haridwar trip so much better. It’s super close to Har Ki Pauri, so going for Ganga Aarti was super easy. The staff felt really warm and welcoming, like they genuinely cared. The room was clean, neat, and had that peaceful vibe. And the food? Simple but really comforting — felt just like home. Would definitely come back again.

This property truly impressed me! The view from here is absolutely breathtaking. The balcony offers a next-level scenic view of the mountains and the beautiful village below. The room felt truly special, with great attention given to cleanliness. The washroom was exceptionally hygienic. And the staff-what can I say-simply wonderful and very courteous!

Very clean and hygienic room, very good service, staff was so polite, family ke liye bilkul perfect may me chardham ke samay avashya aunga, sabse achha lga yahan ka location joki har ki pauri matra 5 min door hai. Bye

Bad experience

Staff was stringy about water bottle. They declined an additional water bottle for the second day.

The hotel is okay for a one night stay. The staff were pretty welcoming and tried to iron out the issues faced. Parking was adequate has they do have a basement as well as an outdoor both covered by CCTV. The Facade was well done.

The size of the room-pretty small just adequate. The room had no hangars and the cupboard was oddly built. Shyam Hotel was located in narrow side street or gully, just enough space to squeeze your car through. There was a stench of cowdung as you leave the Hotel.
