Нищо!!! Опитвам се да намеря нещо,но немога

Започваме с това,че обърках резервацията си с датите за престой,но като се обадих веднага те отказаха да премахнат резервацията с цел да бъда таксуван за 2 нощувки,след което опитах да променя датите също беше отказано!!!! Уви не свършва до тук има спа,но като отидох не работи спато,климатика като влезеш към спато и магазините не можеш да се върнеш понеже иска чип,паркинга платен 3 лей на час да продължавам ли катострофален престой !!!!
