Xanadu Quirky 3-Bed Near Beach & Village Pub

Good location and walkable to beach. Comfortable beds. Upstairs amenities were good.

Cramped space in downstairs twin bedroom with no proper storage and just a tiny single wardrobe and nowhere to put anything. No light shade on ceiling bulb. Broken cord to roller blind. Downstairs bathroom cramped, no space to put anything. Shower hose broken. Silly tiny sink with nowhere to even put soap! No hooks or rail for towels. No proper instructions to cooker. Garden area and outside furniture needed a lot of attention and updating, particularly at the rear. It was gloomy and rather uncared for. Downstairs needed modernising and updating. Eclectic mix of ornaments!

Lovely and big and in great location,had everything we needed

The settee was covered in dog hairs which was very off putting,was a bit shabby,,needs a good paint to lighten bedrooms up and loads of nails etc where their used to be curtain poles and tiebacks,

The location was perfect. Nice big rooms and nice touch with the space invaders arcade game in the garage.

Absolutely stunning property. Unique and quirky, the hosts are really helpful the property was spotless and had everything we needed! Brilliant location for the beach.

A little far from the sea, and also next a busy road.

Breakfasts self-made but there is a nice little cafe a few hundred yards away. The location couldn't be better - a superb beach with many water-sport activities. There are a multitude of places of historical interest within easy driving distance plus a good regular bus service. There are two nearby pubs that serve inexpensive but varied and appetising evening meals. The local village shop is well stocked and caters for all likely holiday needs. The house itself is in a quiet location and is very roomy with lots of outdoor private spaces. Will definitely return.
