Tout était formidable. L’accueil était incroyable, nous n’avons pas été dérangé les lieux été ultra propre et calme avec une vue incroyable sur l’océan, je recommande un vrai havre de paix🥰🥰🥰

The apartment was fabulous, the owners were great, great decor, and attention to detail, although very hot and lots of bugs, flies, etc. Had everything you need if you wanted to cook, wash, etc. The couple were very helpful and gave us lots of information. Would benefit with air con as we noticed a few had this. For the apartment alone without any issues would have been 10, but there were issues, hence the score of 7

The apartment was very hot, and the fans provided did not give much relief although a good addition. We both ended up with bites everywhere, whether midges or insect bites, and needed treatment at farmacia/doctors due to allergic reaction. We had to keep the patio door open, with the screen closed to get some air blow through. Maybe this is how the insects got in. The pool and surrounding areas were dirty, possibly from building work. There were quite a few broken sunbeds, too. This is no reflection on the apartment, though, as they have no control over the sunbeds, etc. There was work being done to the next apartments that we were not aware of when booked and woken early Monday morning with Jackhammer removing plaster from walls. Obviously, maintenance is required, but we would not have booked this apartment if we had known, so we ended up moving out of the apartment on day 2. Due to the work being carried out and the allergy situation. We would probably stay again if it had aircon and no building work.

Lovely apartment for a couple. Quiet with good view from the balcony that gets the sun most of the day. Great location with supermarkets and restaurants within a ten minute walk. Stayed here a year ago and liked it so much we came back again. Hosts provided lots of useful recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Bathroom door was broken, bathroom mirror lights didn't work, broken toilet seat.. Bedroom was very dirty behind bed and dressers. Screen torn. Lighting poor. Kitchen had ants and toaster didn't work. Gaps in living room patio screen and the door didn't fit properly. Missing light bulbs so dark. First night bites from bugs. Second night cockroaches running across us while we're sleeping. Infected bites. Contacted owner and we had to spray. Didn't help, major cockroach problem. Paid for a week but left early due to the infestation. Would not recommend due to health concerns. Very very disappointed and felt ripped off.

Everything was perfect, accomodation was clean and view for balcon was wonderfull and host are really great. They gave us some advice what we shoud visit and comunication with them was perfect. All suggestion! 😄

The apartment was ideal for our trip. The area was quiet but with easy access to the main routes around the island. We had a hire car and never had any difficulty parking at the complex. The apartment itself was the perfect size for two people, with a great balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding area. The kitchen area had everything we needed and the main room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with an excellent shower and the bedroom was quiet and had plenty of wardrobe space. The Wifi was excellent and it was great to have the option to watch Netflix if we wanted. Ricky & Sally were great hosts - they gave very good information about accessing the apartment and about the local area (shops/restaurants, etc.) and were easy to contact if needed. Overall, I'd recommend the apartment and we'd definitely stay there again if we returned to Tenerife.
