TROPIC MAR sun & beach apartment

View was amazing, beds and sofa comfortable and apartment had everything we needed. Great location

Shower looked much smaller than in the photos

I loved the cleanliness, location and the views of the property! I would recommend this place as there are many activities to do around.

The key collection could be a bit easier if the keys were stored at the ground floor but nothing major.

Was spacious,clean and it had all the facilities required.

The steep walk up the hill to Tropic Mar

Great location, spacious and modern.

- The shower was blocked so water took a like time to drain away. - There was no balcony - despite what the description says. - Cleaners had failed to clean under the beds. - The apartment is at the top of a steep hill (would have been useful to know before booking). - Television did not display any channels.

The flat itself was very nice, and was in a good location. Bed was comfortable, and the apartment was stocked with all sorts of kitchen utensils etc.

Builders were working on my floor for the entire stay, were very surly, did not put up wet paint signs (I got it all over my hands and a pair of shorts), and were quite noisy. Heavy construction going on next door. Wifi wasn't working for the first 24 hours, nad I had to chase four different people at the booking agent (rental benidorm beach aprtments) to get it sorted. I specifically wanted a balcony and it said on the apartment info that it had one, a room overlooking the sea with windows is NOT a balcony The info also said there was a pool, it neglected to say it wasn't open until April. There was no copncierge on desk, and nowhere to store my bag between checking out and getting my taxi to airport, whe i asked booking agent they said I could store it at their office on the other side of toewn, this is very very poor!! Apartment was quite dirty when I arrived, stains on kitchen work top, and long dark hairs all around the floor and in sink in bathroom

Great location, clean and spacious and quiet. The drinks in the fridge was a nice touch.

Nothing major but a handbook in the property would be useful for things like Wi-Fi codes and general info about the apartment. There were no sun loungers available by the pool and the walk up the hill was quite a challenge with luggage.
