The bed was completely broken one side was completely off the base very uncomfortable The chair in lounge the leg was broken The outdoor chair was broken Think you just need to replace and maintain the fixing of thing ls in the unit but over all was great for what we needed

Excellent standard of housekeeping. Kitchen facilities and bathroom very new and exceptionally well stocked with all the basics.

The downstairs was not really big enough to be comfortable for our group of 4 . Probably best suited to a couple, or 3 maximum. One of the beds kept collapsing , on inspection it looked like the slats either weren't properly screwed in, or weren't long enough.I have subsequently seen a review from January this year, where someone complained about this, so is not a new problem. Pillows need replacing , thin and lumpy.

New build and very comfy place. The living space is a bit small for 4 people, but it is worth the price we paid. The place was clean, and the amenities were good. The only downside is that I dislike that we were required to empty the bins and take the rubbish out to the communal bins outside. I don't mind tidying up, i.e., washing dishes, closing windows, and turning off switches. However, the host should not expect guests to take the rubbish out, especially when they have cleaning teams coming in to clean. I would recommend them to change the policy and only require guests to tie the rubbish bags up and put it by the door or provide a bin in the front yard instead.
