Everything, the apartment is huge, well appointed comfortable and clean. We were able to park on the street outside so a perfect stay.

Nothing.

This apartment has everything you might need during your stay, great location, good internet. The materials used (like linens, floorboards etc.) are good quality, I think the owners used to live there themselves. Not your typical cheap vacation rental.

It was rainy and little natural light entered the apartment. Limited views from the two windows in living / kitchen area.

This is an ideal place to stay when visiting Alcoi. It's centrally located, comfortable, very large and functional, quiet, and extremely affordable.There is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a second full bathroom with shower in the hallway. The kitchen is well-stocked and very suitable for cooking. It includes both a French press and a Nespresso pod maker for coffee. Javier is very friendly and helpful. He will arrange a contactless check-in (you'll retrieve keys from a lockbox) and check-out.

The only thing we didn't like was that the building (beautifully renovated, but more than 100 years old) does not have an elevator. You'll need to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs.

Superb and huge Apartment with everything needed. Fully equipped kitchen, two(!) bathrooms, very comfortable bed, good Wifi. Communication was nice and easy in English. Parking around the apartment is free, if you can find a spot.

The place was not spotless clean, but maybe this was because we asked to check-in earlier. The apartment is on the third floor and has no elevator.

* Javier was friendly & very responsive whenever I had a question or need * The apartment was spacious, very clean & uncluttered. Whilst it was one bedroom 🛏️, it had a sofa bed and 2 shower rooms 🚿 for individual privacy * The apartment was well designed, attractive ,ergonomic & well equipped. Plenty of cupboard space.It had everything you needed for a self-catering stay. I liked the under unit lighting & ambience. The fridge freezer is great with instant ice maker & cold water dispenser. Plenty of china & glass wear. The lounge ceiling has a window for added light & windows have shutters. * The apartment was centrally located in Alcoy and within walking distance to shops & a small supermarket nearby * I appreciated the fact that the TV 📺 had a firestick which enabled me to watch English speaking programs. There's also a TV in the main bedroom.

Nothing. But a couple of observations (these are not criticisms!) ~ 1. Street parking can be problematic & challenging and I had to hunt around, so trial & error. I managed to find spaces nearby at the local bank 5 mibs walk away. There are some public carparks around although personally I didn't try these. 2. There's no lift in the apartment building and the apartment is on the 3rd floor so probably not suited for anyone with mobility problems but fine for most people 😊

very spacious, super clean , quiet , wonderful kitchen , fast internet, gracious host very prompt communications, neighborhood easy walking to good restaurants , full size washer and dryer , comfortable bed

nothing to complain about really. while there was no assigned parking , there is a paid underground public garage only 2 blocks away just need to be mindful it closes at 10pm. most of the time I found free street parking in the neighborhood and used the garage as back up.
