You have a beautiful view from the terrace. Lemon tree and lavenders in the garden. The apartment is very clean , nice decorated and a very nice super host. Easy check in.

We loved everything about the house. Really clean. The garden and the view are great.

First of all, the host is so kind. We love the house; the view of sea is amazing. If you do not have your own car, transportation can be a little bit difficult. I think you should use taxi. But if you have private car, the location is great; peacefull, noiseless, close to a big market (4 mins with car). You have your own private parking area, that is another good opportunity. In this house, you feel like you are in your own home.

IT WAS LOVELY! My wife and I are nature lovers, and we had a great time in Chios with our kids. What made it even more special is the house we stayed in. We're not big fans of hotels, so we chose this property near Karfas beach. Location is great because it feels like being in the countryside but the property is very close to all the local amenities and beaches. The house itself is great! It's very spacious and perfect to accommodate a family of 4, with a nice kitchen and lovely patio area from where you can admire the stunning view. It is very clean and welcoming and we all really enjoyed that! In addition to that, our host Ypalia turned out to be very friendly and ready to help. On the whole, we loved everything and hope to be back one day. NIL and MAX DAMIANI

Everything was well.

Fabulous location behind secure gates and with huge area for parking. Completely private with uninterrupted beautiful sea view and spectacular sun rise every morning from my bedroom window. Air conditioning in one bedroom and fan in another. Lounge and kitchen area well furnished and bathroom was excellent, with good pressure from shower. Great amenities in kitchen with filter coffee machine, microwave and all necessary equipment. Comfortable beds and pillows. The host, Ypalia, kindly ensured that there was food that I requested in the fridge and gave some additional little touches. She was extremely responsive and helpful. We really do have the most wonderful stay at Lemon and Lavender ( aptly named as there less a lemon tree in the garden and lavender). Efcharistó Ypalia.

We liked everything.

The location was very convenient and the apartment was fully equipped. It was a holiday home that made us feel at home.

At first I was curious about behind the black door, when inside I see the hidden paradise ☺️
