Central Style on Liverpool 2 bed

Excellent location. Very nice apartment. Garage tight but doable. Luggage must come up 2 stair flights (30 steps) but that was noted and all good. Highly recommended

It's a beautifully appointed apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Two large bedrooms with two toilettes. Awesome big shower. Very modern, very well decorated. It seems to be quite newly renovated. Off street parking was nice - fortunately our rental car was small otherwise it might not have worked to get into the parking area. maybe a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town.

We had a lot of bags and the walkup to the second level was a bit high but nothing out of the ordinary. Some street noise but it got quiet at a reasonable hour. IT's in an older non-descript building but the unit is exceptional.

Location. Decor, cleanliness. Couldn't fault it

Parking. We had a small SUV hire car and didn't want to risk trying to park it in the garage. Street parking was a bit hit or miss but no problem overnight.

The flat was modern, clean and spacious. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and it was easy to prepare meals. A restful space within walking distance of central Dunedin. The car parking is exactly as described- only suitable for small cars and confident drivers. We did fine in a Toyota Aqua but I would attempt a car larger than that.

The bathroom, although very spacious and well maintained, has a 2-door system which is not great for privacy.

Great layout for us, very lovely apartment which had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Very nice bathroom and 2 toilets which is always handy!

Quite a few steps up to the apartment which may be tricky for some if carrying heavy luggage but it was absolutely fine for us.
