The only thing that we didn’t like was that the area was quite loud so that we tried to sleep with the window closed

The location is a shortish walk to the promenade (approx 15 minutes) where you can find lots of bars and tavernas although there is a nice taverna just over the road. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything that you could need. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. There are shutters on the windows so with them down there is very little noise or light. There is a large balcony that can be accessed from either the bedroom or the lounge. The kitchenette has everything that you might need if you wanted to cook or prepare a meal. There is good WIFI signal throughout the property. The bathroom is a little small but that didn't cause us an issue. The bathrobe that was supplied was very nice and cosy after a shower. The weather was a little cool so I didn't visit the beach but it is a very short walk from the apartment.

Lovely apartment on 1st floor with a lift, well equipped, safe and secure, across road to beach, 15 minute walk into town where there are many bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets, nothing too much trouble for the owner.

Amazing apartment. Exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. Host is so caring and always happy to help. Location is quiet, close to the beach and within walking distance to the centre of town. Kitchen facilities are very well equipped.

Exceptionally great hosts. Super responsive and helped wherever they could. New and modern interior. Good location in a more quiet part of Preveza. Very close to a nice beach an a couple of restaurants.

Everything was wonderful: location ( near the beach -2 min. & near city center -15 min ), atmosphere, design of the apartment, the spacious terrace and tasty greek cofee (on the house). Everything was very clean, meaning spotless. Greatest surprise: the hosts, very nice family : we came guests and left friends.
