Central location. Easy to get in and out with the key box. Nicely located next to Aldi.

There were only 2 beds that had duvets and bedsheets when we arrived. Asked the owner to put another one because we were 3 people and had made a booking for 3. He responded very late in the evening and said that he couldnt bring one until the next day. Really bad communication. He just stopped answering and did not provide bed sheets for all beds until the 2nd day in our stay... Would definitely not recommend. Water kettle didnt work either.

I liked that there was a supermarket literally around the corner. Also, there were buses on the other side of the street, making transport pretty easy!

We checked in at night, everything was dark in the courtyard and we got complicated of where to go to find our apartment. Other than that, everything was awesome!

Where to start? Check in time is very late (16h!), but ok, we accepted it. Then when we went to the apartment the key was not in the box. I have messaged the property and they responded after an hour! I tried to call the number provided, nothing! We were freezing there waiting for someone to respond. Then when responded no apology, nothing, they just said they would send someone over. I again had to chase that person, instead of them calling me and trying to fix things! They confirmed that another key is provided after 21h (4 hours after we reported)! So, we actually checked in at 21:30, with no apology from their side and catastrophic communication! For all these years I have never had such a bad experience with booking. What a disappointment! Also, no WIFI password provided, I had to ping them again to get it. Very thin walls. Very thin blankets provided in a cold apartment. The only reason I gave rating 2 instead of 1 is because assistant was nice once we got in touch.

Air-conditioned, good security and safety, quick response from staff

Good if you could provide floor mat for toilet and exhaust fan to keep toilet dry and free of musty smell. Good if you could also provide kitchen towels to wipe plates dry, and a towel to wipe table clean. Bed mattresses are a bit thin as we could feel the springs beneath.

It was very dirty, small room with kitchenette, pervious guest bodily fluids on the bathroom floor just smeared. The plates had food remains in, Mugs had tea, coffee remains. Kitchen utensils are missing almost all of them, therefore it is impossible to cook, possibly you will have to buy everything to make something, and disinfectant, because clearly the cleaning is just poor on all level! There is no daylight in the room, because the one window is opening to the courtyard, and the window does not let in any daylight. It is basically a double room in a house and there are about 6 other rooms like that, with one shared front door, where all the other guests are smoking inside therefore the whole place is suffocating with cigarette smell, according to the property manager it is not possible to something about, so just swallow and breath in all the smoke day and night non stop. I left the property after one night and booked elsewhere. The property manager did not wanted to talk to me and did not reply mine or Booking.com emails. He only wanted to send the cleaners back, but there are far more problems with this property than the cleanliness or the lack of it. Book there if you don't mind to suffocate in cigarette smell, and you don't mind if others are trying to get into your room in the middle of the night, and where basic health and safety are thrown out the windows, the smoke alarm are detached and no one bothered to repair it, but knowing that the others are chain smokers it is not surprising and the fact that in others rooms the alarms are constantly going off, until they will disable it by ripping form the ceiling. Worst ever property I have booked, the manager is greedy fellow, who does not care at all. Don't book here if you want a piece of mind, there are far better properties in Budapest!!
