Offered a truly boutique, small hotel experience with lovely front desk staff, well-appointed rooms, nice backyard pool area including the banana plantation complete with roaming bunnies and chickens (it sounds weird but its a gated area and adds to the charm).

Breakfast staff isn't quite on par with the qaulity of the front desk staff, but not really much to criticize. A great hotel. About 12-14 minutes from downtown by foot. Not much for dinner options in the immediate vacinity except for the wonderful Taberna Na Boavista, which great food, wine and service.

We loved everything. The styling is stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous. The food is delicious. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. We had lunch twice and it was gorgeous. The pool area is spacious and lovely. Nicer than the pics suggest. We loved the honesty bar. It’s a little out of the centre but a safe easy walk. Free car park behind locked gates. The best hotel we stayed in during our trip to the island.

Eine super geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Eines der besten Hotels, in denen wir je waren. Personal war super super freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr besonders& lecker, die Lage in Ponta Delgada unschlagbar. Absolute Empfehlung! Man fühlte sich wie Zuhause!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and such a great place to relax. Breakfast was amazing every morning – fresh, tasty, and honestly the best pancakes! The biggest thank you goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Miquel for all your help and kindness – you made our trip even more special. We’ll definitely be back!
