Casa Lulu, Mar Menor Golf Resort

The villa is in the perfect location, within walking distance of the supermarket & places to eat/drink but also far enough away not to be disturbed by any noises coming from them. The villa is equipped with everything you need for your stay with the addition of extra personal touches to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly messages with owners Jo & Craig and having Joy there to provide any additional help when needed

The Property was excellent and spotlessly clean and great location for Boulevard Padel Courts and Clover Bar and Jo always available for any queries Would have no hesitation in booking again

Villa had very functional floorplan. Kitchen was practical and very well equipped. Outside pool area was nice and included comfortable furniture for relaxing. Resort area was safe and tidy in general and had all the services needed for an active holiday.

Pool was bigger than it looked in the photos, we spent hours here every day and was well lit at night. In June / July the water was constantly warm, even at night. The villa was comfortable for 4 of us for 2 weeks. Everything was clean and fairly new. Air conditioning worked well in bedrooms and living area. The outdoor space was well equipped with comfy seats and sunbeds. Upper terrace area was lovely too. Even though there are houses nearby, you don't feel overlooked and have plenty of privacy. The showers in both bathrooms were good. Owners supplied us with everything we would need, and even visited with a homemade gift, which was a lovely touch. The Mar Menor resort is very nice, great security and has a very well stocked Spar which means you wouldn't need to travel further to get groceries. The Boulevard is within a short walk of the villa and has many restaurants to choose from. They wouldn't be very traditional Spanish, but convenient if you don't want to drive further. We had a hire car and wouldn't like to stay here without it. For us, we found we preferred the villa and Mar Menor better than Los Alcazares. Cartagena is well worth a visit, we loved it there. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to relax in a comfortable space, with fab weather! The drive to Alicante airport is about 1 hour 15 mins and relatively straight forward.

We have stayed in the resort a few times but this stay was by far the best. We loved everything about it. The pool was perfect for a swim. The upper terrace was lovely in the evening. Location was great. The villa had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and is beautifully decorated. The welcome pack was so thorough and informative. The owners kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing holiday home.
