Arredamento nuovo e pulito, palazzo storico ma ristrutturato, appartamento ampio

Meglio farsi accompagnare la sera se si è da soli. Nessun problema di giorno, la posizione è vicinissima al porto e il centro è raggiungibile a piedi

Proximity to the harbour.

There were groups of men outside the apartment, from @10pm until 6am they would sit on the apartment’s entrance steps, entrance’s to adjoining buildings and on a number of corners near the apartment , they were very loud and kept us awake each night. There was a police presence on an evening in the nearby square, so whilst these groups were not intimidating when you passed them, my two daughters who are in their late teens were wary of them

Le problème du logement est son emplacement. Autant la rue est une rue super animée plein de commerces, populaire et très agréable de jour, autant à partir de 20h00 ce n'est plus du tout le même cadre. Bruyant aux possible, traffic en tout genre durant la nuit. C'est un constat. L'appartement et son propriétaire n'y sont pour rien, mais c'est vraiment surprenant et pas très rassurant. La literie n'est pas des plus confortable. Enfin la douche est catastrophique notamment pour une personne un poil grande. Le WC est collé à la paroi de douche, il est donc impossible de s'y assoir correctement.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, mieszkanie czyste i ładnie urządzone. Przewyższyło nasze oczekiwania. Komunikacja z właścicielką przebiegła świetnie. Polecam gorąco!

Nasz pobyt w La casa di Silvy był wyjątkowo udany. Mieszkanie jest w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji - w ścisłym centrum, niedaleko głównych atrakcji miasta (Piazza de Ferrari, katedra San Lorenzo, port) obok również znajdują się przystanki autobusowe i metro. Mieszkanie świetnie wyposażone, można się tam było poczuć jak w domu. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, zmywarka, klimatyzacja, wszystko działa bez zarzutu. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo szybko odpowiada i pomaga w każdej sytuacji. GORĄCO POLECAM 😊
