Beautiful huge apartment in the shopping part of the city. Very close to everywhere. Comfortable place and very friendly host. Extremely clean apartment. Nice kitchen and bathroom.

The street and the neighbor above is a bit loud. But for a few days it's absolutely fine and worth it because of the inner city

The management was fantastic Very accommodating and responsive. It was in a good location 8 mins from train and downtown Monopoli. Markets and cafes up the street. The property manager was the best we’ve had.

Can hear everything outside as windows we’re not not soundproof but I use a sound machine so was not an issue. We would go back.

Very nice, centrally located flat just two blocks from the main square of Monopoli. 3 separate bedrooms - 2 with queen-sized beds and one with bunk beds for kids. 3 balconies - 2 overlooking the street and one with a glimpse view of the sea. Very enjoyable bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine and all the required utensils. Highly recommended for a stay for a larger group.

Many things to improve like the amount of the linen provided for 5 days considering that there is no washing machine in the flat. No information were provided regarding the disposal of the garbage: there were no bins to separate the waste so you really don't know how to dispose of it. We had to contact the flat owner to get it collected, which was helpful, but is not the right way to deal with the problem. Guest should have a hoover and cleaning product in order to clean after themselves, we were left only with a broom and a dustpan. There should be a clothes hanger in the hallway which is completely empty and a little bit more of dècor to make more warm and welcoming. The location is perfect and the owner is very nice but this place should be much more valued. Air conditioning is great!

Location is perfect - in the middle of the way between the train station and the old city and the sea. Monopoli is a good point to stay in Apulia and visit other places like Polignano a mare, Lecce or Bari by train. The apartment is very spacious and clean, and it seems it is freshly renovated. Good contact with the host.

There was no Wifi, but it seems it was temporary. I would also suggest a kettle to boil water for the tea, anyways you can do it in the pot as I did.

the apartment is huge and clean (although still a bit empty at the moment, which will probably change soon) and the host was very friendly, all went as planned, key exchange was no problem at all, and the location was very central for being outside the old town

there is quite some traffic noise from the outside from 7h in the morning until the late afternoon, but that is really the only thing
